Victor Allen joined Wyoming Community Bank as Senior Vice President for Ag/Commercial loans in August 2018. He graduated from the University of Minnesota with a Bachelors in Agricultural Business Administration and later, obtained his Masters in Business Administration from Wake Forest University. Victor was formerly the CFO of startup technology company, VP & Corporate Treasurer for Eastman Chemical Company, held several finance and business management roles there. His roots are in Wyoming, and he wanted to get back closer to his family, who live in the Big Horn Basin.
Wyatt Meyer grew up in Riverton, Wyoming where he graduated High School as a Wolverine. He went on to attend Casper College and the University of Wyoming where he received a Bachelor degree in Finance and Accounting. After college, Wyatt pursued a CPA license and is currently a licensed CPA. He started at the bank in 2017 and works at the Riverton location.
Nicole Gray grew up in North Central Montana on a farm and ranch cultivating a passion for agriculture. She received her Bachelor of Animal Science at Montana State University. She joined Wyoming Community Bank as an Agricultural Loan Officer in March 2022. She enjoys being able to assist producers and small businesses in reaching their financial goals.
Nicole is a member of the Fremont County Cattlewomen and Riverton Cowbelles.
Brandice Olson started at Wyoming Community Bank in 2012. She has had experience in multiple departments within the bank. She began on the teller line, then bookkeeping, new accounts and most recently commercial and agricultural loan processing. She recently graduated summa cum laude from Southern New Hampshire University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.
Adrianna Healey is currently a Credit Manager for Wyoming Community Finance. She joined the Bank in 2022 when she moved to Riverton. She was born and raised in Wyoming and loves spending time with her family outdoors, camping, hunting, fishing and site seeing.
Kendall Hayford grew up in Ogallala, Nebraska. He graduated from the University of Wyoming with degrees in Finance, Marketing, and Real Estate. Kendall began his career in banking in Laramie, Wyoming and made his way to Lander from a transfer of jobs by his wife. He joined Wyoming Community Bank in March 2014 where he began as a Commercial Lender and currently serves as the Branch President for Lander. Kendall has served many groups such as the Museum of the American West, Lander Rotary, Lander Art Center, Lander Presents, and the Lander Economic Development Association. He is currently serving on the Pioneer Association, Lander Ambassadors, and serves the District Council of the Boy Scouts of America for Eagle Scout Board of Reviews.
Ryan Hedges is a Wyoming Boy through and through, graduating from Star Valley High School and attending CWC and the University of Wyoming where he received a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Business. Ryan joined WCB in February of 2023 and enjoys helping the local community achieve their personal and business financial wants and needs. Ryan is on the Jr. Livestock Sales Board and serves on the Fremont County MOVE Committee.
Trish O’Neal is a proud Wyoming native, originally from Cheyenne and moved to Lander 35 years ago. She joined Wyoming Community Bank in 2015. Trish is the Commercial Loan Processor at our Lander location.
Tammy Schaub began working for Wyoming Community Bank in 2017. She grew up in Dubois, Wyoming. Tammy is the Teller Supervisor and a Personal Banker at our Lander location.
Michelle Salum joined Wyoming Community Bank in 2022. She is a Personal Banker at our Lander, Wyoming location. Michelle comes from a background of banking and insurance. She has lived in Wyoming most of her life.
Shelby Rohrbacher joined the Wyoming Community Bank team in April 2023 as a Mortgage Loan Originator in the Lander Branch. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from the University of Minnesota. She is a Lander native and active member of the Lander Rotary Club.
Julie Gerona is a Personal Banker at our Dubois, Wyoming location. She joined Wyoming Community Bank in January of 2023. Julie is excited to be working in her hometown branch and is looking forward to working with existing customers and meeting new customers.
Jennifer Springman is a Personal Banker at our Dubois, Wyoming location. She joined the Bank in early 2021. Jennifer says “It’s been a pleasure to watch our customer base grow and seeing all the new and old faces of Dubois”.
Rebecca Harmon is a Personal Banker at our Riverton location. She came on board earlier this year in April. When asked what she’d like people to know about her this was her response:

About two years ago, I made the decision to join the banking industry because helping people by serving the community is my passion and gives me the ultimate happiness. A little bit about me.
Kylie Stark joined Wyoming Community Bank in 2022. She loves being a part of the Bank because of its sense of community and small town values. As one of Wyoming Community Banks’ personal bankers, helping our customers with their banking needs is her priority. Away from work she enjoys horseback riding and kayaking. Member of the Wind River Flywheelers Tractor Club.
Jennifer Titus was born and raised in Fremont County. She began her banking career in 2003 as a teller. By 2007, Jennifer had moved to the loan department and has been an integral part of the department ever since then. For the last five years, she has been the Wyoming Community Bank BSA Officer and Credit Administrator.
Katie Jo Becker joined Wyoming Community Bank in January of 2020 at the Riverton Office. When the new Dubois branch opened, Katie Jo made the transition to Dubois as the Branch Manager. Born and raised in Southeast Idaho, Katie grew up on the back of a horse and working cattle. She attended Ricks College in Rexburg, Idaho, obtaining her Associates Degree in Ag Business. Katie and her family moved to the Crowheart area in 2007 and are glad to call this home.
Amy Reid joined the Wyoming Community Bank staff in 2014 as a teller in the Riverton Branch and now serves as our Mortgage Loan Administrator. She originates mortgage loans in the Riverton area, manages the escrow accounts for consumer mortgages, and works closely with customers and investors to ensure a smooth mortgage transaction. Amy is pursuing a bachelor’s degree from the University of Wyoming and will be graduating in May 2024.
