Karen Christensen is currently the VP Retail Manager for Wyoming Community Bank. She joined the Bank in 2011 when she moved to the area. She was born and raised in eastern South Dakota. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, hiking and reading.

Victor Allen joined Wyoming Community Bank as Senior Vice President for Ag/Commercial loans in August 2018. He graduated from the University of Minnesota with a Bachelors in Agricultural Business Administration and later, obtained his Masters in Business Administration from Wake Forest University. Victor was formerly the CFO of startup technology company, VP & Corporate Treasurer for Eastman Chemical Company, held several finance and business management roles there. His roots are in Wyoming, and he wanted to get back closer to his family, who live in the Big Horn Basin.

Wyatt Meyer grew up in Riverton, Wyoming where he graduated High School as a Wolverine. He went on to attend Casper College and the University of Wyoming where he received a Bachelor degree in Finance and Accounting. After college, Wyatt pursued a CPA license and is currently a licensed CPA. He started at the bank in 2017 and works at the Riverton location.

Nicole Gray grew up in North Central Montana on a farm and ranch cultivating a passion for agriculture. She received her Bachelor of Animal Science at Montana State University. She joined Wyoming Community Bank as an Agricultural Loan Officer in March 2022. She enjoys being able to assist producers and small businesses in reaching their financial goals.
Nicole is a member of the Fremont County Cattlewomen and Riverton Cowbelles.

Brandice Olson is the Manager of Wyoming Community Finance, Inc. where she specializes in consumer lending. She offers vehicle loans, recreational vehicles loans, unsecured loans, debt consolidation loans, ag equipment loans, home equity loans, bare land loans, and mobile home loans. She joined Wyoming Community Bank and Wyoming Community Finance in 2020. Brandice grew up in Riverton, Wyoming where she graduated from Riverton High School. She went on to attend Central Wyoming College and Southern New Hampshire University where she received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.

Ryan Hedges is a Wyoming Boy through and through, graduating from Star Valley High School and attending CWC and the University of Wyoming where he received a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Business. Ryan joined WCB in February of 2023 and enjoys helping the local community achieve their personal and business financial wants and needs. Ryan is on the Jr. Livestock Sales Board and serves on the Fremont County MOVE Committee.

Tammy Schaub began working for Wyoming Community Bank in 2017. She grew up in Dubois, Wyoming. Tammy is the Teller Supervisor and a Personal Banker at our Lander location.

Michelle Salum joined Wyoming Community Bank in 2022. She is a Personal Banker at our Lander, Wyoming location. Michelle comes from a background of banking and insurance. She has lived in Wyoming most of her life.

Shelby Rohrbacher joined the Wyoming Community Bank team in April 2023 as a Mortgage Loan Originator in the Lander Branch. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from the University of Minnesota. She is a Lander native and active member of the Lander Rotary Club.

Julie Gerona is a Personal Banker at our Dubois, Wyoming location. She joined Wyoming Community Bank in January of 2023. Julie is excited to be working in her hometown branch and is looking forward to working with existing customers and meeting new customers.

Jennifer Springman is a Personal Banker at our Dubois, Wyoming location. She joined the Bank in early 2021. Jennifer says “It’s been a pleasure to watch our customer base grow and seeing all the new and old faces of Dubois”.


Jennifer Titus was born and raised in Fremont County. She began her banking career in 2003 as a teller. By 2007, Jennifer had moved to the loan department and has been an integral part of the department ever since then. For the last five years, she has been the Wyoming Community Bank BSA Officer and Credit Administrator.

Katie Jo Becker joined Wyoming Community Bank in January of 2020 at the Riverton Office. When the new Dubois branch opened, Katie Jo made the transition to Dubois as the Branch Manager. Born and raised in Southeast Idaho, Katie grew up on the back of a horse and working cattle. She attended Ricks College in Rexburg, Idaho, obtaining her Associates Degree in Ag Business. Katie and her family moved to the Crowheart area in 2007 and are glad to call this home.
